The founder and senior optometrist at Summit Eye Clinic. He graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1980, and then started practicing in the Oconomowoc area, as well as several locations in the metro Milwaukee area. Dr. Prestash is a member of the Wisconsin and American Optometric Associations, as well as an examiner for the National Board of Examiners of Optometry, which licenses new optometrists. |

Dr. Mark Spankowski graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa in his senior year. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1981, and completed his internship in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Dr. Spankowski obtained additional post-graduate training in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma at the University of Houston College of Optometry. He was a staff optometrist at various optometry and ophthalmology practices before joining Summit Eye Clinic. Dr. Spankowski also serves as an examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.

Dr. Bell is a native of Menomonee Falls. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2000, and Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 2004. After graduation, Dr. Bell performed a residency at the Memphis Veterans Affairs Hospital specializing in Primary Care Optometry. He has worked in the Milwaukee area since 2005. He joined Summit Eye Clinic in January 2008. Dr. Bell is currently a member of the Wisconsin and American Optometric Associations and serves as an examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.
Dr. Bell enjoys camping and hiking around the state. When not camping he enjoys spending time at home with his wife and daughter. |
